CESifo Forum 03/2018 (Autumn): Unconditional Basic Income
ifo Institute, Munich, 2018
01-48
CESifo Forum 3/2018 looks at unconditional basic income, or a state-funded security net that guarantees every citizen a long-term, subsistence level welfare benefit. Its articles discuss the concept from the viewpoint of various European countries which, like Finland, have either already implemented such a benefit, or are currently discussing concrete plans to do so.
