CANCELED: CESifo Area Conference on Labor Economics 2020

The inaugural conference for the newest area of the CESifo Network has been canceled due to COVID-19.   

Despite the cancellation, the aim of building and connecting a network of researchers in labor economics on both sides of the Atlantic remains. CESifo and the Area Director of the Labor Economics area of the CESifo Research Network, Gordon Dahl, are therefore pleased to announce a monthly webinar series in Labor Economics.

The inaugural webinar will feature David Card (University of California, Berkeley) who was the planned keynote speaker for the conference.  In the webinars that follow the inaugural webinar, there will be two speakers, on from a U.S. institution and one from a European institution.
