Firm-Academic Research Collaborations in Economics

This one - day event is aimed at researchers and private sector employees interested in better understanding how to structure firm-researcher collaboration, and how to maximize the benefits from such collaborations. High profile researchers (Stanford, MIT, Chicago, NYU) and firm representatives (Facebook, JP Morgan Chase, Uber) will report on their experiences with such collaboarations and discuss how the various data use agreements can be compatible with the data sharing requirements of leading economics journals.
