CESifo Area Conference on Employment and Social Protection 2019

The 2019 CESifo Area Conference on Employment and Social Protection brought together 22 researchers who study the origin and consequences of social and redistributive policies of the state, to present and discuss their ongoing research. The keynote lecture was delivered by Ingvild Almås (IIES, Stockholm University, and NHH, Bergen)

This years' Distinguished CESifo Affiliate Award was presented to Christopher Roth for his paper "Beliefs about racial discrimination and support for pro-black policies".
