Europe was supposed to have become the world's most competitive economy by now. Instead, its Eurozone bit is fighting for survival as a currency union, while the rest is not exactly flourishing. Uncompetitive, burdened by high debts, divided, Europe doesn't know what it wants to be. What must be done in order to make it soar again?
