This conference will be jointly organized by CESifo, the Norwegian Center for Taxation at NHH, and Oslo Fiscal Studies at UiO. Financial support from the Research Council of Norway is gratefully acknowledged.

The conference invites the submission of papers from all fields of public finance. Both theoretical and empirical papers are welcome. Preference will be given to papers from Norway and Germany.
